Shipping policy
Each order contains a tracking number. You can track your item(s) via the tracking number. If you have not picked up the item, you were not at home, or the customer has not arranged the collection of the parcel once shipped, the customer must contact the shipping provider or local post office for the delivery arrangement.
If the item is shown as 'delivered' via the tracking number, we are no longer able to track the item as we do not have further access.
